Slam Booking
Safety Code & Disclosure

🛡️ Welcome to the SlamBooking Locker Room

Before you send your first booking request, we need to make sure we're on the same page. By tapping "I Agree" below, you acknowledge and confirm the following:

You are a Trained Professional

You certify that you have received formal professional wrestling training. SlamBooking is not for "backyard" or untrained performers.

You Assume All Risk

You understand that professional wrestling is inherently dangerous. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or death associated with any engagement booked through this app.

SlamBooking is a Venue, Not an Agent

We are a networking tool only. We do not vet promoters, guarantee your safety at events, or provide insurance/workers' compensation.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Signing up does not create an employment or agency relationship between the user and SlamBooking, LLC.

Booking Agreements are Between Talent and Promoter

All booking agreements, payment terms, and travel arrangements are strictly between the talent and the promoter.

Professionalism is Mandatory

You agree to show up on time, stay sober, and honor the "No-Show" policy. Repetitive complaints from promoters can lead to permanent account suspension.

Independent Status

You acknowledge you are an Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, medical clearances, and equipment.

Licensing Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the licensing information they provide (e.g., Maryland, Virginia, or Oklahoma licenses).

Promoter Compliance with Athletic Commissions

All promoters are solely responsible for ensuring their events comply with local State Athletic Commission laws and bonding requirements.

No Background Checks

SlamBooking, LLC does not conduct criminal background checks on talent or promoters. Performers should do their own vetting before traveling to an event or inviting talent to a show.

Data Sharing

User data may be shared with advertisers.

Content License

By uploading photos or videos, you grant SlamBooking a license to display that content to other members and use it for promotional social media posts.

Ownership of Uploaded Content

You attest that you own the rights to the photos and videos you upload (e.g., ensuring a photographer has given you permission to use a shot for booking purposes).

Legal Bottom Line

SlamBooking (and its parent company) is not liable for any physical, financial, or legal disputes arising from your bookings. You step into the ring—and this app—at your own risk.
